Registration Policies

Rules. Fine print. Here it is...

All folks participating in programming must have a signed waiver. We have paper waivers in the shop, or you can sign your waiver when you register for your first workshop.

Shop Safety:

We regularly use low-temp hot glue guns with kids 5+. Kids are expected to wear gloves while gluing and keep their glue gun on a tray.

Children may also use woodworking and sewing tools, such as hammers, drills, needles, and pointed scissors. Safety glasses are required when working with wood, and children are expected to follow all safety procedures outlined by staff.

Day Camps & Classes

Unfortunately, we cannot provide credits or refunds for last-minute cancellations due to illness or other factors.

Refunds may be given if we can fill your spot from a waitlist. This is not guaranteed.

Prepayment is required for all programs.
Registrations are non-refundable. Please check your dates carefully.
You may request that your registration be transferred to another person at no charge.
Classes may be canceled up to 5 days before the event if class minimums are not met. If so, we will contact you and move your fees to a credit or provide a refund.
We strictly enforce all age restrictions for camps and classes.
Sibling discounts apply only to children living in the same household. Please do not register friends together to obtain the discount. Your registration may be canceled without a refund.
We have a limited pool of resources available for scholarships. Please reach out if you’re in need. We do not check financial information. We trust you know your needs.
Class credits may only be used for future programming, not gift cards or merchandise.

Group Events (parties, field trips, etc.):

A deposit of at least $200 is due upon booking. Any remaining balance is due at the time of the event.
We bill based on your expected attendance before the event. We do not provide refunds or reduced payments for people not in attendance. We will do our best to offer take-home materials where appropriate.
We provide a sliding scale fee structure for non-profit organizations and schools. Reach out to discuss.
A waiver must be completed for each participant.
Tips are always appreciated but never required.
Kids ages five and up may be dropped off. Parents must provide contact info and a signed waiver.

Fridays
beginning Nov. 13th, 6-9pm
A weekly night just for folks 18+. Reserve your spot or stop in anytime before 7:30 pm (reservations are highly encouraged) and choose a project from the menu. Our teachers will help with whatever you need. Go with the project or make it your own!
All projects are $28 and take about 60-90 minutes to complete. Perfect for holiday hangs, date night, friend hangs, and a break from the bar scene.

Saturdays
beginning Nov. 14th, 1-4pm
A weekend treat each Saturday for families with kids ages 5+. Reserve your spot or stop in anytime before 2:30 (reservations are highly encouraged). Choose a project from our menu. Our teachers are here to help with questions, ideas, supplies, tools, and more.
Adults are welcome to participate, collaborate, or sit back in our lounge. Pay per project. All are just $28. Perfect for crafty kids and their people. Make some screen-free memories!

How to how-to

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are highly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome when we have room, but we fill up fast, and a reservation is the only way to guarantee your seat at the table.
How do the reservations work?
Your $15 deposit PER PARTY holds your spot. It’s non-refundable, but it goes toward your final bill, so it’s really just paying it forward to future you.
When should I arrive?
Come anytime between 6 and 7:30pm on Fridays, or 1 and 2:30pm on Saturdays. That gives you plenty of time to make your project, enjoy yourself, and finish before we close.
What about bigger groups?
For parties of five or more, text or call the shop at 720-515-8611 and we’ll save you a table. We're also happy to book private how-to sessions for $a 100 set up fee and minimum of 8 projects purchases. A perfect way to celebrate the holidays or get together!

How much do projects cost?
Every project on the menu is $28, and add-ons are available. You only pay for what you make, and you settle your tab at the end of your visit.
What if I’ve never made anything like this before?
Perfect. Every project comes with easy-to-follow instructions, and our teachers are right there to help with questions, tools, and ideas. Think of the instructions as a starting point. Go your own way and have fun!
What’s the condiments bar?
It’s our free stash of extras: buttons, beads, paint, trims, and more. Grab whatever you like and make your project your own.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Absolutely. We have drinks and snacks for sale, or you can bring your own. We just ask that you leave the alcohol at home.

Who can come?
Friday nights are for adults 18+. Saturdays are for kids 5+ and their grown-ups. Every project is for all people, so just check the age suggestions on the menu for younger makers.
Do adults have to make something on Saturdays?
Nope! Grown-ups are welcome to make their own project, collaborate with their kiddo, or sit back and relax in our lounge.
Can we share a project?
Yes. Collaboration is encouraged. Split a marble run, team up on a gnome home, or work side by side.
How long can we stay?
Most projects take 60 to 90 minutes. During busy times, we ask that you keep your visit to about 90 minutes so everyone gets a turn at the table.
